These terms apply when you buy a digital artwork from hellohomehh.com. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
- Trading name: Hello Home (a sole trader business)
- Website: hellohomehh.com
- Email: info@hellohomehh.com
- Telephone: +44 7861 468888
- Address: High Street, Slough, SL1 1EL, United Kingdom
2. What you are buying
Every product on this site is a digital file, supplied as a download. No physical print, canvas or frame is produced, packed or posted. Room images on product pages are illustrations showing how artwork might look once printed and framed; they are not what you receive, and frames are never included.
Each product page states the exact pixel dimensions of the file and the largest size it will print well at 300 DPI and at 150 DPI. Please check those figures before buying if you have a particular size in mind.
3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm that you are.
4. How the contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract comes into existence when we send your order confirmation and make the download available. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
5. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, which accepts card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. We do not see or store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Delivery of your file
Your download becomes available as soon as payment clears. You can reach it from the order confirmation email and from your account on this site. Purchases remain in your account so you can download again if you lose the file.
If a download link does not work, email us and we will sort it out.
7. What you may and may not do with the artwork
When you buy an artwork you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You do not buy the copyright, which stays with us.
You may:
- print the artwork as many times as you like for your own home or workplace;
- print it as a gift for someone else;
- have it printed by a print shop or online printing service on your behalf;
- display it on your own screens, phone, tablet or digital photo frame.
You may not:
- resell, share, forward, lend or give away the digital file itself;
- sell prints of the artwork, or use it in anything you sell, including print-on-demand products;
- upload it to any website, stock library, marketplace, file-sharing service or dataset used to train machine learning models;
- use it in a logo, trademark or branding;
- claim you created it, or remove or alter any credit or watermark;
- sub-licence it or transfer these rights to anyone else.
If you would like to use an artwork commercially, email us. Commercial licences can usually be arranged.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Because your download is made available immediately, you agree at checkout that it should begin straight away and that you therefore lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with the file. Our Refund and Returns Policy sets out in full when we will refund you.
9. If something is wrong with the file
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, and to a price reduction or refund if we cannot do that within a reasonable time. Contact us and we will put it right.
10. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else knows it. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it is being used to breach these terms, for example to redistribute files.
11. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We supply artwork for domestic and private use. We are not liable for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as hosting or payment provider outages. If such an event occurs we will let you know, and if it continues you may cancel and receive a refund for anything you have paid for but not received.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
14. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, or in another country, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the place you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
If you have a complaint, email info@hellohomehh.com and we will try to resolve it. You can also get free, impartial advice from Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk or on 0808 223 1133.
